8.00 (good) Loved the art in this one.
The story wasn't half bad either. I liked the idea of the angelic/demonic super powers mixed with the classic good against evil plot. I liked the different characters and the humor in this series as well, especially what the library was used to stash (hidden reading ... ummm.. viewing? material)

6.00 (average) Well, this wasn't your usual comedy but, it was kinda funny. I did like the fact that it dealt with relationships and trying to meet others when you may not feel like you are adequate enough. Maybe you are not handsome or pretty enough, or you compare yourself to others and just don't measure up in some way. I liked the humorous approach to the struggles of day to day life of trying to get in that dating game or find a companion. The sex gods were actually the funniest giving not so great advice to their students lol

9.25 (very good) Great: Those two have to be the cutest anime couple alive. The series wound up having that 'harem' stuff go on, but I liked that they didn't go way over the top with it, and kept it a more 'natural' way. It was enjoyable to watch a couple that didn't know each other but due to circumstances were to be married, grow to actually actually get to know and like each other. It's not always smooth sailing but, with a lot of friend support and communication things seem to work out.

AMNESIA

Last Updated: Aug 17, 2014

6.50 (above average) This was a little hard to follow at times wondering if it was a dream, an ever changing alternate universe or time warps back in time sort of like the Bill Murray "Groundhog Day".
The characters were a bit warped in different ways. Each male lead, seemed to have one overbearing kind of personality while the female lead at times just seemed so weak and wishy-washy. I did start to like it after I started to understand it more but, by then it seemed it was a little too late to give it a really good rating.

8.25 (good) Interesting story, and fun to watch characters. I find it hard to say that I had a favorite character in this series as they were all equally unique and gave the series something different collaboratively. It might be difficult to follow at first, but as the series progresses things become clearer, and as things become clearer, so do the high-jinx of the characters to defeat what it is they are afraid will happen. It seemed to have that hidden message of accepting and not blaming yourself for past things.

8.75 (very good) I love these types of stories (to a point). I wish it had a little more 'happier ending' of sorts but I do love how there is a lot of feeling, effort, and meaning put into it as well as the characters.
Most of the characters I really liked, and I did like how it was a bunch of old friends working through things to get back to their strong bond they had in childhood before a terrible tragedy occurred. Things may never be fully the same between them but they are trying.

9.00 (very good) I loved this series! Though it's hard not to dislike anything bones takes a venture in for me. I thought the story and plot was well written and the characters were all likeable in some way, even the not so nice ones.

The comedy was timed nicely and kept things light at times, as well as it seemed to have the right amount of seriousness with action packed fights and battles. The aspiring exorcists try their hardest to overcome evil, while learning their strengths and weaknesses. They also must learn to work together and lean on each other when needed.

Beelzebub

Last Updated: Jul 17, 2011

9.50 (excellent) I love this crazy series! It's just so random in places that you can not guess what comes next as it's just so usually off the wall. The characters are great and all have very unique personalities which make for a bunch of well rounded cast, but Baby Beel steals the show each time. It's so funny how he acts like a baby but at other times he's so excitable over the most bizarre things.

6.75 (above average) Not so Great: I had hoped for a more dark sinnister plot,(that wasn't too bad), but it was swallowed up by too much of the hentai stuff. I actually started watching this early on in my discovering anime time, and thought it would be a cool horror type show. At that time I wasn't familiar with hentai, so it was quite a surprise when I discovered the hard way what exactly what the term meant lol. I did think it was kind of cool with the demons and such but, all the other hentai stuff kind of ruined it for me. If I actually had been looking to watch that type of series, I might have actually rather liked it though.

8.00 (good) The anime that got me into anime before I knew it was called anime lol. This was the days I didn't know what a dub or sub was, and the only thing I knew was that the 'cartoon' was originally from Japan. At the time of my noobness, I would sit and watch it daily with my daughter, and even found a place that sold some of the merchandise. I wound up buying two of the old 'vhs' tapes and watching them with my daughter while reading the subtitles to her (she was too young to read yet then).

This was one of the first series I watched when I first started getting more heavily into anime at the time, and It's still one of my most faved series. Train is one of my all time most faved characters as well and you can't help but love cats lol. I will probably rewatch this most definitely at another time again.

7.25 (above average) Well it was pretty cool, but hard to follow at times. Not a good series if you just want something to watch and enjoy without thinking too much. I did like the animation to the series, and how it was done. It had some great battle and fight footage in the 'other world' but you didn't quite understand why these battles were taking place at first due to the 'real world' interaction with the two main characters. It does get more understandable towards the end and you realize then what is going on.

Bleach

9.00 (very good) Excellent: Both anime and manga, Series still in circulation so not completed as of yet :D
I've actually probably have dropped this anime due to just not having the time to catch up to the many episodes that I have missed since I last watched it. I left off at the time just after the ichigo/grimmjow big fight to save orihime, and when it went to the side filler, I was just too swamped for time to try to continue with it.
I may in time get back to it, but for now it won't be any time in the near future as I still don't have that much time to devote to the stories and series.

8.75 (very good) This was rather cool. I kind of liked that is was a different type of story with an alternate type universe.
I really liked how the story was written and thought it was very unique to have battles done with bank type terms. Interesting developments happened between the universes depending on the battles and who came out the victor in the end. Not sure if I'd re-watch it in the future but, I do have it in mind to try to watch again and see if I can pick up anything different than the first time.

9.00 (very good) Excellent: Tear Jerker, but it leaves room for your own imagination.
This was the very first series/show ever that I had watched that I was not happy with the 'unhappy' part at the end (no spoilers lol). It took awhile for me to get over that feeling as growing up a disney kid (and we all know how their endings are). I actually would like to rewatch this one again sometime in the future as it was one of the first series to watch and it's been so long that I've seen it.

1.00 (terrible) A Must watch! I think I've followed the whole complete series, the after story and even the side stories with this one, and it is one of the most touching, emotional, and well written series that I've seen. Especially in the after story it was many episodes I had to wipe the tears away lol

7.50 (good) Very Good: I really like the artistic way this series was done. Lots of action too!! As many things I liked about this series, at the same time, I didn't like other things. I wasn't a fan of the ending for one, and at times, I found the male lead to be a little wimpy. I had hoped for a little more growth a bit faster with him, instead of all the weight on Claire. Would I watch it again? Probably at some point.

9.75 (excellent) Excellent: All I can say is that I Loved it ! It was dark, and at times had that little element of humor to it. Sometimes between Hei's alter ego he would wind up in some weird situations, and all while trying to keep his real identity a total secret except for his closest companions. Hei was one of those really likable characters, whether it was his down to business persona or his kind of clueless persona.

9.75 (excellent) Excellent: One of the best series I've seen so far, and the live action movies are awesome as well.
It really was a battle of minds and like playing a real life chess game. Each character seemed to always be one step ahead of the other and you just couldn't tell who would actually win or not. So many twists to this series !

8.75 (very good) Very fun series. I totally loved how it was written and animated, as well as how the characters would be in a very serious type situation yet, have something funny or humorous bad luck happen. I'm pretty sure at some point I'll rewatch this series in the future, especially since it wasn't a very long one.

8.75 (very good) This was a great series. Dark type story and plot yet, with some comedy thrown in at key times. Great list of characters. I thought Celty was the best, as she was such a very different type character. I liked how she could be so kick ass and yet at other times be like a normal female.
