10.00 (excellent) Very Good: Lots of fun, lots of action, and lots of akuma butt kicking.
This anime is at the top of my all time fave list shared with FMA and Kenshin. I really hope that they continue with making the anime in the future, but for now, I'll make due with the manga :)

9.75 (excellent) Excellent: One of the best series I've seen so far, and the live action movies are awesome as well.
It really was a battle of minds and like playing a real life chess game. Each character seemed to always be one step ahead of the other and you just couldn't tell who would actually win or not. So many twists to this series !

Darker than Black

9.75 (excellent) Excellent: All I can say is that I Loved it ! It was dark, and at times had that little element of humor to it. Sometimes between Hei's alter ego he would wind up in some weird situations, and all while trying to keep his real identity a total secret except for his closest companions. Hei was one of those really likable characters, whether it was his down to business persona or his kind of clueless persona.

9.75 (excellent) Awesome! I totally love anything that I've watched that Studio Ghibli has produced. The story telling is just so amazing as well as the animation. I especially love how it's mixed with real life and fantasy at the same time and it all blends together so well.

9.75 (excellent) One of the best stories ever! It is I think the most touching story I've watched. I also watched the 60th anniversary movie special of this and it was just as beautifully done. If you haven't watched this I think you are missing out on a masterpiece :)

9.75 (excellent) This has to be my most favorite Shonen-ai of all times. I haven't seen all that many but, I so totally loved this series. I also liked how they had three different story lines but at times inter-mingled the characters through out the series. I Think my fave pairing was probably ... ALL of them lol. I couldn't decide which I liked best as all three were different.

9.75 (excellent) Simply amazing. Bones rocked this movie for sure. I loved the animation, and how well they paid attention to detail to make it more realistic and flow ( for example the fire scene). I enjoyed how the boy brought out the more tender side of the main character, and despite refusing to get attached to the child, he wound up forming a bond. I can't forget to mention how great the fight scenes were also!

This was one of my first series that lead to the long list of watched series to come. I'm not sure if I watched it at this point if I would rate it so highly comparing it to others but, at the time it's still one of my first loves.

9.50 (excellent) Great: Loved this series. Great couple, fun, and lots of action. I really liked how the two main characters interacted and got along, or not got along with each other lol. There is always some fun moments when one likes another and just won't admit it, tries to fight it, and gets caught in it lol. This is another one I want to watch one more time I think.

9.50 (excellent) Beautiful artwork and a touching story. I really loved the style and art work, especially in the background and small details to this story. It was a very heart warming and great movie that I know I'll watch it again some night just to see it again. I just need to find the time to just sit and take in all the details it had as there were so many!

Part of me wishes it was longer than six episodes but at the same time I don't think my ribs could have handled too much more as it was constantly leaving me in tears from laughing so hard! I definitely want to watch this again some night!

9.50 (excellent) Despite the fan service parts, this was actually a very decent series. Over the years the old zombie, day of the dead, type stuff hasn't interested me, so I didn't think this would be that great, as I've seen it all before many times, but I was pleasantly surprised and actually wound up loving this show.

Beelzebub

Last Updated: Jul 17, 2011

9.50 (excellent) I love this crazy series! It's just so random in places that you can not guess what comes next as it's just so usually off the wall. The characters are great and all have very unique personalities which make for a bunch of well rounded cast, but Baby Beel steals the show each time. It's so funny how he acts like a baby but at other times he's so excitable over the most bizarre things.

9.50 (excellent) Loved it! I read where some subbers dropped this series early on as it didn't seem to get the views or they didn't think it was going to be all that great, but I followed it through until the end and rather enjoyed it.
I really loved the victorian era that was portrayed in the story, and the differences between the two main characters. I admit it was a bit slow going at the beginning and they were slow to expose the main plot, but once things started to get going, the little mysteries about the show were leaked here and there. Overall the series was great.

9.25 (very good) Great : This show was funny, interesting, and informative as well. I like things supernatural and paranormal, so I was very interested to watch this and it didn't disappoint me. The characters were all great in their own way, and there would sometimes be a little chaos and humor between all the different types of 'mediums'. I'm sure that this series will get a re-watch one day so that I can take in anything I might have missed before.

Ai Yori Aoshi

Last Updated: Nov 30, 2011

9.25 (very good) Great: Those two have to be the cutest anime couple alive. The series wound up having that 'harem' stuff go on, but I liked that they didn't go way over the top with it, and kept it a more 'natural' way. It was enjoyable to watch a couple that didn't know each other but due to circumstances were to be married, grow to actually actually get to know and like each other. It's not always smooth sailing but, with a lot of friend support and communication things seem to work out.

The story was well written and had some history told through out the series which was a nice learning process added to the entertainment value. The battles were also well done and animated showing many styles.

9.00 (very good) Excellent: Both anime and manga, Series still in circulation so not completed as of yet :D
I've actually probably have dropped this anime due to just not having the time to catch up to the many episodes that I have missed since I last watched it. I left off at the time just after the ichigo/grimmjow big fight to save orihime, and when it went to the side filler, I was just too swamped for time to try to continue with it.
I may in time get back to it, but for now it won't be any time in the near future as I still don't have that much time to devote to the stories and series.
